Our exercise rehabilitation programs are designed to help people of any age and fitness level, who are struggling to get fit or stay active due to pain, stiffness or injury. Our programs are ideal for those who would like extra support with their recovery and reassurance that their rehabilitation and training program is being led by an experienced clinician.

Our ultimate goal is to make you more mobile, strong and physically robust, and teach you how to stay that way.

  • Initial detailed assessment
  • 1:1 sessions (50 min)
  • Clinically considered exercise programming
  • Measured goal setting and monitoring
  • Ongoing support
