Health & Safety 

We adopt the following health and safety protocols in the clinic:

• Thorough sanitization of equipment and treatment rooms between patients
• We ask that you sanitize your hands upon arrival
• Patients and clients can choose to wear a mask at their own discretion
• If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to rearrange your appointment

Appointments

Our appointments are a standard 50 minutes in length. 25 minute follow up appointments are available as agreed between patient and clinician.

Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and those aged between 16 and 18 years must provide written consent to treatment from a parent/guardian at their initial appointment.

Accessibility & How to Find Us

Our front entrance is on Main Street in Canmore (8 Street), at the Town Centre Building (no. 820) between FYi Doctors and Brandon T. Brown Gallery. We are located on the 2nd floor (Unit 204) with stair access only, should you have difficulty with accessibility please contact us ahead of your appointment.

There is also an entrance door from the rear parking lot into the building. Not easily visible, the door is to the left of the ‘Town Centre’ sign on the back wall of the lot. After entering that door, turn right and go through a red door and you’ll arrive in the main lobby of the building. The stairs to reach our level are on the right. 

Parking

We have limited free parking available to our clients at the rear of our building (signposted ‘820 Main Street Tenants & Customers’ only), please only leave your vehicle there for the duration of your appointment to enable other customers of the building to use the spaces. Canmore residents, who have registered their vehicles, are entitled to 3 hours free parking in any of the paid parking areas (please do not forgot to start your parking session using the Blinkay app or a machine) and there is no time restriction to park in a Canmore Resident Permit area. The nearest free street parking for non-Canmore Residents is on 7 Avenue (past Mallard Alley/11 Street) which is a 4 minute walk away.

Osteopathic Therapy* & Chiropractic:

• Initial assessment & 50 minute follow up: $130*
• 25 minute follow up: $80*

Exercise Rehabilitation:

• Initial assessment & 50 minute follow up: $130

Facial Stretch Therapy:

• 30 minute session: $55 (not recommended for your first session)
• 50 minute session: $95
• 80 minute session: $150

1:1 Pilates:

• 30 minute session: $45+gst
• 50 minute session: $75+gst

Multi-session packages are available to purchase for Pilates, FST and Exercise Rehabilitation programs. Please refer to our Services page or ask your clinician or teacher for further information.

Promotions and offers will be published on our social media and news page. Student, friend and family discounts are offered at the discretion of your clinician/teacher (*rate update January 2024)

Tax

*5% GST will be added for Osteopathic Therapy, Exercise Rehabilitation, FST and Pilates.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Any cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to a charge for the full amount of the session missed. We reserve the right to make discretionary decisions in regard to cancellations and refunds.
