Cochrane Location (Osteopathy & Pilates)

Our primary location is in the Cochrane neighbourhood of Sunterra Heights. From the 1A, take Fourth Ave N, past the High School and Cochrane Arena, follow the road, turning left onto Sunterra Road. At the top of the hill turn left onto Sunterra Blvd, then right onto Sunterra Ridge Pl. We are #224.

Parking: Please park on the driveway, a space will be available for you.

When You Arrive: The front door will be open and Tony or Claire will be there to greet you.

Canmore Location (Osteopathy only – from September 29th, 2026)

Address: Mountaineers Business Centre, 75 Dyrgas Gate #101, Canmore, AB T1W 3L1

From Dyrgas Gate, walk through the archway between Three Sisters Pharmacy and Three Sisters Laser Clinic. Pass the stairwell/elevator entrance, the entrance to Mountaineers Business Centre, is on the left.

Parking: Free parking is available to the right of the building and on the street out front. A bus stop (Dyrgas Gate – Market Bistro) is right in front of the building.

When You Arrive: Please take a seat in the reception area, and Tony will be with you shortly. Washrooms are located down the hall on the left

Minors

Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and those aged between 16 and 18 years must provide written consent to treatment from a parent/guardian at their initial appointment.

Rates, Packages & Discounts*

Osteopathic Therapy*:

Initial assessment & 50 minute follow up: $135+gst*

25 minute follow up: $83+gst*

Exercise Rehabilitation:

Initial assessment & 50 minute follow up: $135+gst

Pilates:

50 minute session: $80

Multi-session packages are available to purchase for Pilates. Please refer to the Pilates page or ask Claire for further information.

Sales Tax

*5% GST will be added for Osteopathic Therapy only.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Any cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to a charge for the full amount of the session missed. We reserve the right to make discretionary decisions in regard to cancellations and refunds.
