Pilates is a method of low-impact training designed to strengthen your body, improve your balance, mobility and flexibility, whilst teaching you better body awareness. 

At GAiN Physical Health Claire’s focus is on providing 1:1 training, using her classical Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Tower and Chair.

What can you expect?

If you’re new to Pilates your first session will include a movement assessment in which Claire will introduce you to the principles of Pilates and the equipment.

She’ll tailor a program specifically for you and as you progress she’ll make adjustments, ensuring you always feel challenged. Claire has a unique advantage of being able to work alongside experienced clinicians, not just her GAiN co-workers but other professionals in the Bow Valley who regularly refer clients with specific training guidelines.

She offers both 50 or 30 minute length sessions.
