Tony has a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from The University College of Osteopathy, London (UK), a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Therapy, plus a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine. His vocational qualifications and continued professional development is extensive, showcasing his passion for continually improving his skills as a health professional.
Tonys professional interests are in low back pain and sports and exercise medicine. His clinical experience has given him an understanding that manual therapy can sometimes only provide temporary pain relief, and is insufficient in creating long term changes for chronic pain. His treatments therefore often combine Osteopathic Manual Therapy techniques with Exercise Rehabilitation.
Tony is passionate about helping people who are struggling to enjoy their hobbies and sports due to injury or pain. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and teaching his patients principles and strategies for improving, and maintaining their physical health.
Tony loves to hike and run with his dog Ruby. He’s also completed a number of ultra marathons including the Blackspur 108km and 54km events and the Sinister 7 50km.
Tony is registered with the Alberta Association of Osteopathic Manual Therapists (AAOMT) (registration number 20-79).
