Whitney is a trained Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST) through the Stretch to Win institute and has a diploma in Health, Fitness and Nutritional consulting. Whitney is also a Certified Personal Trainer through Can-Fit Pro and played in the Canadian Women’s Hockey League, and the Kazakhstan National Hockey Team.
Whitney has a passion for helping a wide array of clients from athletes to people who are beginning their physical fitness journey. She can help anyone who wants to improve their movement capacity for daily life or enhance their performance in sport.
Whitney brings a calming and relaxed approach to FST™, which is based on her own experience with FST™. During her professional hockey career, she would use FST as a pre-game ritual to aid in range of motion to enhance her strength, stability and allow her to feel physically and emotionally balanced for the upcoming game.
When Whitney is not helping clients, she is spending time with her family adventuring in the mountains or with friends. Her pursuit of the outdoors also led her to fight forest fires in northern Alberta. She has made the Bow Valley her home for a number of years, and is an active member of the community.
