Whitney Hannah

Fascia Stretch Therapist

Whitney trained as Fascia Stretch Therapist (FST) through the Stretch to Win Institute and holds a diploma in Health, Fitness, and Nutritional Consulting. As a certified Personal Trainer and former professional hockey player with the Canadian Women’s Hockey League, and the Kazakhstan National Hockey Team, Whitney brings a unique understanding of movement and performance to her practice.

She’s passionate about helping a wide range of clients — from elite athletes to fitness beginners — improving their movement capacity for daily life and enhancing their athletic performance. Whitney’s approach to FST™ is rooted in her own experience: she relied on it as a pre-game ritual during her hockey career, improving her range of motion, strength, stability, and helping her relax after a game.

When she’s not helping clients, Whitney enjoys adventuring in the mountains with her family and friends. Her love for the outdoors led her to fight forest fires in northern Alberta. She’s proudly made the Bow Valley her home and is an active member of the community.
